Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and prebuilt stores are non-refundable once delivered. Since digital goods cannot be physically returned, we do not offer refunds based on personal preference, change of mind, or lack of use.

However, we do offer a 30-day refund policy for customers who can provide proof of genuine effort in setting up and marketing their website. To qualify for a refund, you must demonstrate that you have:

Set up your store and made it publicly available for at least 2 weeks.

Implemented advertising campaigns or marketing efforts to drive traffic to your website.

Minimum of $50 spend on paid ad campaigns and/or 1,000 views and 5+ videos on organic marketing to be eligible.

Stores must be the store we have provided.

Refunds will not be granted without documented proof of these efforts, such as ad receipts, analytics data, or marketing expenses. This policy ensures fairness to all customers and reinforces the importance of actively working toward success. We have the right to withhold refunds for any reason.

By purchasing, you agree to the following:

Digital products, including prebuilt Shopify stores, cannot be returned or resold, making them non-refundable unless the outlined refund criteria are met.

Refunds are granted solely at our discretion based on submitted evidence of effort.

We are not responsible for business outcomes, as success depends on individual effort, marketing strategy, and execution.

All visitors and customers who place an order on our website automatically consent to our terms and refund policy.
